To qualify you must:

• Live in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire
• Have (or have an offer of) a job for a minimum of 16 hours per week and for at least 13 weeks per year (Written proof from your employer will be required)
• Be aged 16+, and if under 18, have permission from your parent or guardian
• Be experiencing transport difficulties

For the Moped Loan, you will also need:

• A valid provisional driving licence
• Have access to no other suitable public or private transport to get you to and from your work
• Have a bank account so that your loan payments can be made to the project
