Q. Is the bike given to me?
A. We will need proof that you need the bike to access work. The bike will be bought for you, up to an agreed price limit. You’ll need to sign to say that you will keep it for a minimum of a year.
Q. What about any repairs to my bike?
A. It is your responsibility to keep the bike in good working order at all times.
Q. What about my health?
A. Riding a bike requires physical effort and can help your fitness levels, but if you have any concerns about your health in relation to cycling or issues that may make exercise difficult, we recommend you discuss them with a doctor prior to coming onto the scheme.
